A video circulating on social media suggests that all is not well with our Ghanaian brothers and sisters who travelled to the Holy City of Mecca for the 2017 Hajj. According to the video footage, our people are stranded and are sleeping under stair cases. The bitter pilgrims took a video of their situation and shared it on social media. What went wrong? These are people who have duely paid for their flight and acccommodation. Watch it below:

Africa Youth Awards has released its 2nd annual list of the 2017 100 Most Influential Young Africans, an initiative which is noted to be the biggest and most respected across the continent with participation from over 140 countries globally.   Speaking about the list, Prince Akpah, President of Africa Youth Awards noted the exceptionality of this year’s list which has an unprecedented gender representation of 45 women and 55 men, which he noted as a great move to inspire more young women in Africa and across the world to reach out for their dreams. The list which was restricted to age limits between, 15 & 36 had a coverage of 28 countries on the continent with Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana and Kenya leading with 19, 18, 10, 7 representatives respectively. Just when many thought that was the end, something new is up – Becca has taken over buses in London with her third studio album, Unveiling. According to reports, in a bid to celebrate the woman of his life, the actor recently requested from his fans a befitted location to pamper his wife on her birthday. After many suggestions from his fans, Kwaku settled on US as a perfect destination for his family holiday. Usain Bolt ran under 10 seconds for the second time in 2017, finishing behind American Christian Coleman to qualify for the World Championship 100m final. The Jamaican started slowly to run 9.98 as Coleman won the semi-final in 9.97. Great Britain's Reece Prescod came from last place in his semi to clock 10.05 and qualify behind Yohan Blake (10.04).
