The father of embattled Menzgold CEO Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1 has visited his son under custody in Dubai. NAM1 was arrested in December 2018 in the UAE over an alleged gold scam deal between his firm and Horizons Diamond in Dubai and his father has traveled from Ghana to pay him a visit and check up on him. According to the Father, Nam wasn't involved in any scam/dupping or what so ever. The boss of Sarkcess Music, rapper Sarkodie has responded to an absurd photo of him trending on social media.  People joke too much! apparently, someone had gone to photoshop one of Sarkodie's photos with all his eyes gouged out with teeth I can't describe.   Menzgold—Joy News’ Laughable So Called Visit to Menzgold’s London Office Menzgold has said it has a London Office at Mayfair—Joy News went there and found the office, so what’s the network’s problem? Israel Laryea in his abysmal presentation said the London Office is not huge and that they did not even have their name listed on the wall. These are stupid assertions, perhaps, it’s due to ignorance of the journalist and these are the reasons: 1. He states that the building holds about 1000 companies/offices or so. So does he expect every company in that building to be listed on the wall? I mean about 1000 businesses? How is that even possible? 2. He adds that the listing comes at a cost. Is he trying to imply that Menzgold can rent a space there but cannot pay for common listing if that was an option or if they wanted that? 3. A 46-years unemployed man is in the grips of the police for stealing toilet rolls belonging to Ghana's lawmakers.  The man whose name is not known yet according to mynewsgh, sneaked into Job 600 chambers of Parliament House and began hunting for toiletries from one washroom to another and fortunately for him, he grabbed two bundles. The man who is not a worker at parliament after his successful operations tried to depart the premises and upon questioning by the securities he was arrested and handed over to the police for investigations. But many Ghanaian on social media are of the view that he did nothing wrong and he should be freed immediately. Finally, the youths of Kasoa have been given the go-ahead to stage a demonstration in solidarity with Nana Appiah Mensah owned embattled gold dealership firm Menzgold. This morning a group of Kasoa youths calling themselves 'Coalition of Concerned Youths of Ghana' staged a peaceful demonstration to express their displeasures about how state institutions are trying so hard to shut down a flourishing Ghanaian owned company like Menzgold. Menzgold has come under serious attacks for the past few months when the Bank of Ghana issued several warning letters to the public to stay away from Menzgold because it's not licensed to accept deposits, a claim Menzgold Ghana Limited vehemently denied.  The firm after this availed itself for any investigations by authorized state institutions to conduct several checks on its operations. Nima viral rap sensation Ghana2pac aka Supaaaa has revealed why he always insults his hood rapper Gariba. Supaaa has been enjoying his ghetto fame a long time ago but thanks to Sarkodie he is a viral dude now.  Supaa told Anorld Mensah on vibes in 5 that he always insults (F Gariba) in his raps because Gariba stole his father's cat. My honest observation is, though he is somehow talented all I can see is a bloody drug addict who needs help so if we can help him through our various platforms to desist from the use of hard drugs he will be better. The legal team of Ghana's Gold dealership firm have responded to the orders of Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) to immediately shut down its business of trading in gold collectibles. In a letter issued by Kwame Akuffo &Co Unlimited legal firm, it's client Menzgold Ghana Limited is making it clear that it can not halt its operations as per the orders of SEC for, it's "business module which is essentially that of the sale of gold collectibles does not fall within SEC's regulatory regime". They further stressed that Menzgold does not engage in Capital Market activities neither does it issue gold-backed depository notes. Read full letter below:   

Gold trading company Menzgold has been asked to suspend its operations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Some photos of the interiors of Ghana's Highest Court of Justice the 'Supreme Court' has surfaced online and in fact, it's very disgusting and appalling. The magnificent edifice which is a scene to behold from the outside looks so dirtier than a public toilet inside.  In the pictures which were shared by a Facebook user, some washrooms had old broken toilets, no water flowing through the pipes to wash hands, broken tiles, even some offices very dirty , broken ceilings with its walls hungry for paint.
