It was all joy when actor and farmer John Dumelo announced the birth of his first child with wife Mawuena earlier today. Melo broke the news on his IG with a long thesis and a photo to welcome his son to the world. Many people have congratulated him for the good news and among them was his bestie actress Yvonne Nelson. Yvonne also shared a photo of John holding his baby and wrote: "Our baby is here". Fine actor John Dumelo who have eventually ventured into full-time farming has called on Ghanaian youths to take up agriculture as a career. According to him, since he started investing his time, energy and resources into agriculture, he has learned a lot and it is a good field for the youths to struck gold. He noted that creating agro-entrepreneurs and planting to feed ourselves is the way forward for Ghana and Africa as a whole. John owns a livestock, maize, tomato etc. farms in the northern region of Ghana. " Agriculture has taught me a lot of things. How you sow what you sow will determine what you reap. It’s my hope that the youth in this Ghana and across the continent will take up Agriculture. It’s the new Gold and together we can make Agric great again. The newly wedded Mrs. Dumelo has made her first major post after tying the knot with actor John Dumelo a month ago and guess what, she showed off her diamond assurance ring. In a video she shared on her Instagram page, she was seen beautifully smiling and flaunting her cute expensive long Brazilian hair while showing off the high-priced diamond ring her husband gave to her on the wedding day. Actor and farmer John Dumelo have taken his philanthropic activities into the Volta region under the auspices of his 'John Dumelo Foundation'. As part of his #Touchinglives program, he has donated a brand new water pump to the Alavanyo Senior High Technical School today. According to him, the pump for the only borehole water available to the school broke down some 6 weeks ago and as a result, the student has to walk several kilometers to fetch water for the school's kitchen and for their personal use. Melo and his team presented the water pump to the school authorities and students today 21st March 2018 and they were very happy also thank him for his kind gesture.  John took the opportunity to deliver a short speech in which he admonished the students to take their lessons seriously so as to come out as great future leader of the region and the nation as a whole. Ghana's finest actor, entrepreneur and philanthropist john Dumelo is currently in Zambia as a special guest for Miss Zambia 2017, upon his arrival in the country, he was presented with a special box of cake in the colours of the Ghana national flag with an inscription "Welcome to Zambia Future Ghana President".
