I Never Lied About The Apple Deal -- Atom Cries!

This weekend has been very hot with a number of trending showbiz issues. Notable among them is Shatta Wale’s at the O2 Arena show in UK. But the giant of all the trends is #Appletom issue which has to do with “y3 wo krom” artist – Atom and his Apple Music deal. A quick recap of the issue: Apple Music used Atom’s “Y3 wo krom” tune during their conference and the video went viral on social media. The media carried it and made a lot of noise out of it. Atom heard of it and made his lawyer take the matter up which eventually gave birth to $30,000 to Atom and his team.
A few days after this transactions some industry persons have come out strongly, claiming that the information put out by Atom on Pluzz FM’s AM Pluzz with Sammy Flex is false and that Atom lied.In an exclusive one on one interview with vibesin5.com, Atom maintains that his lawyer wrote to Apple to ask for settlement because they had used his artist’s song without first contacting him. Apple responded and they had a deal which ended up with the $30,000 settlement to Atom. He maintains that whoever says or thinks he was contacted and paid an amount of $30,000 before they used his song should provide evidence to that effect.
He further stated that he and his lawyers have documents of the dealings that went on between them and Apple Music and is ready to provide them when the need arise.
He calls on Mel Kwesi Davis, C.E.O of Event Republic who is bent on exposing the falsehood in his dealings with Apple Music to come out with an official statement authorized by Apple Music and also provide documented evidence to prove that he (Atom) told a lie on live radio.
