Abraham Attah wins Best Actor at Tacoma Film Festival 2016



Abraham Attah has won the Best Actor (Narative) award for his role in the movie ‘Out of The Village’, at the 2016 Tacoma Film Festival (TFF) which took place over the weekend.

The movie shot in Ghana explores the social and cultural impact of the Ebola epidemic from the perspective of an orphaned brother and his sister. It won ‘Best International Short Film’ at the Foyle Film Festival 2015, and was produced by X-Menactor Bryan Singer. It was directed by Jonathan Stein.
TFF features internationally recognized, up-and-coming filmmakers as a group where they screen their work and share their experiences.
Each year the festival recognizes the best-of-the-best with its TFF Awards. The festival was established in 2006.

'Imagine Say' Hitmaker Imrana Meets Sarkodie in Tears, "He's an Angel"

Meet young talented singer/songwriter IMRANA, making waves in Ghana now. He became the talk of the town after a short video of him weeping while singing his own song 'imagine say' popped up online.  The video went viral and has become a blessing to him. Video: Stonebwoy' Topmost Skanka Performance in W/R, WoW! What a Crowd!!!

Dancehall Superstar Stonebwoy shutdown Samatex Sports Stadium in Samerboi- Western Region of Ghana on May 1, with energetic performance witnessed by a mammoth, crowd. Stonebwoy and his Bhimnation team performed for the Wood processing company 'Samatex' in private before the biggest party on the park. The rave was well attended and fans really had fun as some were given the chance to share the stage with their hero.  This's what he had to say after the massive show:  "There Have Been Stars Before Me And Stars Shall Come After...I Just Want to Remain A HERO Now And After...
