Grant Names 23-Man Squad For Black Stars AFCON Qualifier


Ghana Coach, Avram Grant has named a 23-man squad for this month’s 2017 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Mozambique.
The Black Stars head coach has excluded deputy captain Andre Ayew and Phil Ofosu-Ayeh from the squad because of injury.
Adam Kwarasey and Alfred Duncan return to the squad while captain Asamoah Gyan and Mubarak Wakaso are also named.
The Black Stars will host the first leg in Accra on 24 March before heading to Maputo for the return encounter three days later.
