MzVee and E.L nominated for 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards

The list of nominees for the 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA)  has been completed with the second batch of announcements in Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday evening. Joining the previously announced list is Mzvee for Best Female and E.L for Listeners’ Choice. 

The other nominees from Ghana are R2Bees, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie. The 2016 MAMA is scheduled to kick off on October 20, 2016 in Johannesburg SA.

Dancehall Superstar Stonebwoy shutdown Samatex Sports Stadium in Samerboi- Western Region of Ghana on May 1, with energetic performance witnessed by a mammoth, crowd. Stonebwoy and his Bhimnation team performed for the Wood processing company 'Samatex' in private before the biggest party on the park.
