Andre Ayew opened his West Ham scoring account in a heavy triumph at the Liberty Stadium. The former Swans attacker ghosted home an early minute opener in a 4-1 win for his London based side.
The Ghana International, who registered 12 goals in 35 appearance for the struggling Swans on his debut season in England, endured an injury prone start to his career with the Hammers. A promising start to the boxing day fixture, however handed Andre his festive reward with an opening goal for Slaven Bilics men on the road to the struggling Whites.
The former Marseilles attacking gem, showed his predatory instincts would poke home a parried ball from the Swans goal keeper for his opening goal of the season. Further goals from Mikel Antonia, Andy Carol and Winston Reid powered the Hammers into a 1-4 vital away win on the goal feast boxing day.
The Ghanaian parted way on the field with 15 minutes to recess for the hard working Edmilson Fernandez.
