Ghana in The Run To Host 2023 All African Games

According to reports Ghana has submitted a bid for the rights to host and organise the 2023 All Africa Games.
The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) is expected to visit Ghana to inspect the facilities required to host the mega sporting event.
Ghana face stiff competition from Zambia and Kenya who are also keen on hosting the mega-sporting event with the final selected host nation to be
announced in mid-March 2017.

Meanwhile, host of the 12 edition of the All African games is yet to be decided, as Zambia and Kenya are still in contention to be awarded the rights.

Dancehall Superstar Stonebwoy shutdown Samatex Sports Stadium in Samerboi- Western Region of Ghana on May 1, with energetic performance witnessed by a mammoth, crowd. Stonebwoy and his Bhimnation team performed for the Wood processing company 'Samatex' in private before the biggest party on the park.
