Official Release: "I was Confused, at some point i didn't Even know what i was Singing" Mzbel Explains Her Ordeal at Belgium

Ghanaian Music Diva Mzbel has finally released an official post throwing more light on what actually happened during her performance at Gent, Belgium and the pelting of Eggs brouhaha.

Fans Upset at Mzbel’s Attacker while performing on Stage in Belgium.
Organizers and attendees of the "All White Party" held on December 26, in Gent – Belgium, which featured Pat Thomas -a renowned highlife legend and controversial singer and song writer, Mzbel, have condemned the attack on Mzbel while on stage.
The incident happened when a middle-aged woman approached the stage and threw an egg at Mzbel, hoping that a lot more people will join in and interrupt her performance. Unfortunately, the crowd got upset, the band freaked out and there was a little chaos which got the woman embarrassed and kicked out.
The incident is suspected to be part of negative reactions following Mzbel’s political opinion and endorsement of the NDC presidential candidate H.E. John Mahama in the recent general elections.
Speaking with Mzbel after the incident, she indicated her displeasure for the act but was very thankful to her loyal fans. “With cheers from the crowd i managed to continue but i was really confused throughout, at some point i didn't even know what i was singing but the loyal fans didn't give up on me and in the end, we had a successful night. Big thanks to all who showed up” She added.
