The much anticipated bubbly Viasat1 Jigwe Awards 2016 was held today 22nd December2016 at the plush Movenpick ambassodor hotel in Acca. This year's event like the previous once was massively attended by great Ghanain Actors and Actresses, Musicians, Comedians, Sportsmen and Politicians. A young lady Rashida known for her viral video "malafaka" won the Biggest Prize in the category of  "Jigwe Most Viral Video" and she walk away with Ghs 2000 investment cash from dusk capital, a humper from sponsors and a shoping voucher.

Dancehall Superstar Stonebwoy shutdown Samatex Sports Stadium in Samerboi- Western Region of Ghana on May 1, with energetic performance witnessed by a mammoth, crowd. Stonebwoy and his Bhimnation team performed for the Wood processing company 'Samatex' in private before the biggest party on the park.
