Gospel singer Rev Josh Laryea has been suspended by the International
Central Gospel Church after being accused of engaging in what the
church deems ‘immoral conduct’.
Josh Laryea, who’s a preacher at the church’s Doxa Temple, has
subsequently been yanked from the pulpit until investigations are
completed.
A letter written by the Church Council directing Laryea’s suspension
said having received allegations against him – “The Presbytery has
authorised the Disciplinary Committee to look into the allegations
levelled against Rev. Laryea”.

“Rev. Josh Laryea is being withdrawn from the pulpit and thereby leave the
Doxa Temple with immediate effect. This is to allow the Committee carry
out its work uninterrupted.”
When contacted by Joy fm for his side of the story, Laryea said: “I’m
sorry I can’t even speak to it. I just heard it myself yesterday.”
