Speaking on Day Break hitz with Andy Dosty on Monday, Samini said farming has been his inspiration and passion for a long time now and he went into farming basically to serve as an inspiration to the youths that, he being a fine boy always holding the mic to thrill them with good music can also be a good farmer as such, but on the bigger note he envisage becoming one of the biggest farmers in Ghana.
"Farming, in general, has been an inspiration and passion that has been with me for the longest time, so i was like let me get into farming to inspire the youth and to also make them know that nobody is too cool for the soil, so me as the guy beeing on the mic trying to dance and wine my waist is the same guy tilling the soil to plant something, just to be an examplary for those coming up, but on the bigger note is a business that I'm looking at becoming one of the biggest farmers ghana has ever seen and maybe the first ever entertainer that became a main farmer" he said.
The 'my own' hitmaker also revealed that he has plans to expand his farming from planting onions, maize, tomato and beans into cotton and cashew plantations in the near future.
According to him, he believes in planting to feed ourselves and agriculture is the future, he also has plans to advocate for the legal planting of 'wee'.
