Erica Tandor Popularly known as DJ Switch who broke to fame after winning TV3's Talented Kids, and also the winner of Discovery DJ of the Year at the just ended Ghana Dj's Awards, may not have existed her mother divulged.
According to her, she nearly aborted Erica's pregnancy due to stigma from her neighbours. She explained that she just graduated and given birth to her first child and in less than a year another pregnancy followed, so she decided to terminate it.
She said she even went as far as buying medicines to do the job for her quick but finally gave up on it and had her baby who has eventually lifted the image of their family only at age 9.
"I was the talk of the town. Everybody was pointing fingers at me because I had just graduated and in less than two years, was going to be a mother of two. I almost aborted her.
I actually went ahead to purchase the drug to terminate the pregnancy but I changed my mind later on", she told Sammy Flex on Showbiz Agenda on Zylofon Fm.
