The CEO of Mezgold and Zylofon group Nana Appiah Mensah has vehemently rejected the calls by Kasoa youths to get him run as a member of Parliament for their constituency.
Yesterday photos and posters on cars and walls flooded social media with inscriptions "NAM ONE DESERVES TO BE MP".
When I spotted these I expressed my displeasure about how these youths are putting unnecessary pressure on the man. He is not an MP yet he has done and promised to do more than what their so-called MPs couldn't do.
Well, the boss man himself spotted the photos too and has rejected the offer outright. According to him, he appreciated the calls but he is not enthused to be an MP but he is committed to creating 1 million jobs for them within 5 years.
He wrote: "I appreciate the call but, I am not enthused about a legislative house member status now. I am committed to creating One Million decent jobs in Ghana within 5 years. Let's keep our gaze on that and that only😀#nammission #GhanaShallProsper✊️"
