"The future CANNOT be exciting with Vodafone!" - Kafui Danku Blasts Vodafone For Bad Service (see screenhot)
According to her, Vodafone Ghana is only about sending unnecessary bills but fails to address the customer's grievances. She revealed that she paid unaccumulated fees of Ghc 749 for a postpaid line she actually requested Vodafone to change to prepaid but they gave a deaf ear and keeps billing her.
Kafui got pissed this morning after receiving a new mail from Vodafone for another bill of GHS 149.69 on the same account she requested to be switched to prepaid. She said she can't keep paying for a service she did not enjoy.
Read her words below:
"Vodafone. Vodafone. Vodafone. Mabremu ! You claim you're the only total communications solution provider yet you don't communicate effectively with your customers but only send bills and refuse to address their grievances or concerns. I just paid about 749 Gh cedis for a service I've not used but for the sake of peace of mind and professionalism I paid, though I requested for my post-paid line to be switched to prepaid long before the bill piled up. How mean and inconsiderate can you be to send another bill just when I've been waiting for a call from "the team" like close to forever? I categorically stated in my messages to my relationship manager that if the line is not switched back or put on hold, I will not pay any more bills sent on that line because the bill is too high for a line I hardly use. Why must it take forever to grant a request I've put through long ago? Are you not suppose to disconnect people when they don't pay? Why didn't you disconnect the line when the bill wasn't being paid? Well, I'm tired of your attitude and also paying money for no service so this time, I want my friends to bear me witness that I've had it with you and I'm not paying the current bill you sent this morning. You can choose to switch my line back or not. On this note, I can conclude that the future CANNOT be exciting with Vodafone! What a way to start the day!"
