Photos & Videos: Stonebwoy Broke and Set New Record At Ashaiman To The World Concert 2018

Ghana's "Most Original" dancehall artist Stonebwoy broke his own record yesterday when he pulled over 70,000 fans and lovers of his music at the Saka Saka Park in Ashaiman for the fifth edition of his annual 'Ashaiman To The World Concert'.

The show which recorded its biggest patronage last year saw that record broken yesterday as thousands more of Bhimnation fans across Ghana thronged the park to show love and support for their hero Stonebwoy.

Livingstone Etse Setakla aka Stonebwoy was born and bread in Ashaiman and in his own small way of giving back to the hood where his music dreams all started before he broke out and became one of the most sorted after musician in Africa, birthed this concert in 2014 to perform free and also offer the stage for all up and coming acts to showcase their talents to the world.

This years program started as early as 7pm on Saturday 27th October and came to an end in the early hours of Sunday 28th October.
The show had over 25 up and coming artist on stage to open the way for over 10 popular acts to also thrill the audience.

Some of the artists who thrilled fans on the night were: Dcryme, Kwaw Kese, Kwadee, Edem, D Black, Strongman, Sarkodie all had amazing fun with the vibrant fans before the hero of the day Stonebwoy himself got on stage around 3 Am.

As usual, he delivered his performance with energy, class and exclusivity before his godfather Samini joined him on stage.

Known for their sick freestyles and also as the lords of live-band, Samini and Stonebwoy drove the crowd crazy with their performance as they sang along and shouted for more and more.

In fact, this year's Ashaiman To The World Concert will go down in the histories of  Ghana music as one of the biggest outdoor events ever held.

Stonebwoy assured his Ashaiman massive who turned up in their numbers causing a hectic traffic jam on all roads leading to the city yesterday that, as long as he lives, Ashaiman To The World will come on every year.
