Its very obvious Yaa Pono is not backing out any soon from the lyrical feud between him and Shatta Wale. After weeks of lyrical bouts in which both sides have released diss tracks to prove themselves, it seems Shatta Wale is no longer interested in the beef but from the look of things, Yaa Pono is now starting.   Over the weekend, Ponobiom has released a video for his diss track "Gbeenabu" which many have rated as the track that murdered dancehall art Shatta Wale in their beef.  A day after he released the video, Ponobiom is seen performing the song on stage at a show in Vulco Hall with the fans singing along loudly.  He broadcasted the video on his official facebook page with the caption, "Try and if you fail try again till it works out !!! Good day ... Valco hall I love you guys # fasterthangods " With this caption and Pono's fame before the beef, is he trying to make things work out again for himself after many struggles in the industry? OR is

UEFA Champions League: Barcelona trashed PSG 6 -1 to Qualify to Quarter-Finals Stage

Spanish Giants FC Barcelona have made it to the quater finals of the UEFA Champions League in what seem to many as  impossible after scoring French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain  a whooping 6 - 1 at Camp Noun. The win overturned a 4-0 first leg loss suffered by the former champions in Paris on February 14.    Goals from the Blaugrana striking trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez contributed to the win.   They qualified on a 7-6 aggregate win. The Catalans began the onslaught in the third minute with Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez finding the back of the net.    An own goal by Layvin Kurzawa after a fine work by captain Andres Iniesta in the 40th minute saw the Spaniards go on break with a halved deficit.    A second half penalty converted by Lionel Messi in the 50th minute put Barcelona in pole position to cancel the first leg loss. But things were made difficult by Edinson Cavani, who pulled one back for the French side.    However, Brazi

The organizers of the concert later explained that Yaa Pono was unable to perform because they were running out of time and therefore had to cut down on the performances. Things got ugly when the two released diss tracks to attack each other. In an interview with DJ Black on the Open House Party on Joy FM, the “My Case” rapper commenting on his beef with Shatta Wale noted that; “There’s a lot of disrespect in the game that I don’t need to make it right." In this industry, your name has worth. The bigger it gets, the more you can charge others to use your brand, especially for feature verses. There’s power in collaborating, aligning with the right superstar can ascend any new artist and/or expand the relevance of a veteran. Which is why the price can be set so high, you’re paying for more than the verse, you’re paying for the attention it will bring. This was the case of eShun; Unsung Artist nominee at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. During her “Thank You Radio Tour” on Empire102.7FM, Takoradi, eShun spoke about her steady rise to fame, her music genre, her thoughts about the 2017 VGMAs and obviously her struggles in the music industry.
